I got a Promo in the mail last weekend. Sign on and then send an email to AP Support to request $20. It's been two days and NOTHING. No reply, No $20. Has anyone else had better luck?

I tried AP last year and noticed the same sad suckouts, so I gave them the punt. $20 bucks would be worth another try, if they honor their promo.
